I'll be the first to admit that I am addicted to eating Hot Cheetos. Living with roommates in college that were just as addicted to these Cheetos certainly did not help- but no shame on our Cheeto game! We honestly could not go one week without a bag of Hot Cheetos in our apartment*.

So when I found out that there was a restaurant called The Attic , at Long Beach, that served Mac N' Cheetos, I just knew that I had to pay a visit to this restaurant and see what the talk was all about.

The Attic did have other menu items (which I completely ignored because I was on a mission to try the Mac n' Cheese with Hot Cheetos). I was pleasantly surprised that they offered six different types of Mac N' Cheese with Cheetos! I of course went with the OG Mac because of the chopped pecan wood smoked bacon. All options were made with real pasta, cheddar, mozzarella and jack cheese (which is an A+ for me because the more cheese the fetta!).

The overall result was an absolute indulgence. I love cheese and I love Hot Cheetos. It is one of life's perfect combinations. I am definitely looking forward to trying the rest of the Mac N' Cheetos menu items. So if you consider yourself as a proud Hot Cheetos Enthusiast, like myself, do yourself a favor and check out this place!
